GCLR3 comprises 6.7km of dual-track light rail, extending the existing light rail network from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads along the Gold Coast Highway, including 8 light rail stations and upgrade & expansion of the existing depot and stabling facilities.

CRR comprises a 10.2km rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, with 5.9kms of tunnels and four stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.
CBD were engaged during tender and main works contracts for the following services.
“CBD was in its formative years during this signature project, bringing together likeminded professionals to deliver a contract modification for the Southern Area, where the tunnel connected to the existing rail network. We developed the overall solution integrating utilities, civil structures, temporary works and rail staging. We successfully delivered a convincing solution to the CRR Delivery Authority and Queensland Rail given major rail disruption was the only viable solution. This outcome significantly derisked our Client of a critical scope element.”

BNE Metro comprises the upgrading of 21kms of the existing busway network, 18 stations and construction of a mined tunnel within Adelaide St, to deliver a high-capacity and high-frequency Metro service.
CBD were engaged during tender and main works contracts for the following services.
“CBD determined the trinocular wall and binocular arch tunnelling methodology for the Adeliade Street Tunnel which was awarded the 2024 Queensland Major Contractors Association Innovation Award. The site exhibited challenging technical conditions, with our innovative solution successfully avoiding critical PUP infrastructure within close proximity to the tunnel structure.”

The Loganlea Station will see the station relocate to a new site directly opposite Logan Hospital. The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project will double the number of tracks between Kuraby and Beenleigh, upgrade stations to improve accessibility, remove 5 level crossings, improve park ‘n’ ride facilities, and provide a new ATC connecting to stations along the 20km project corridor.

North East Link includes the two largest freeway overhauls in Victoria’s history, with 45 kilometres of new lanes & traffic management systems along the freeway to deliver 11-minute travel time savings and 10 kilometres of ATC.
